
Dennis F. Quebe - Chairman and CEO
Mr. Quebe has spent more than 25 years in the electrical construction industry. He started in the industry after serving four years in the United States Marine Corp. Mr. Quebe is a graduate of the NECA/IBEW joint apprenticeship program. He has a degree in Electrical Technology and is a licensed contractor in over 30 states. He serves on the Executive Committee of the National Electrical Contractors Association as District II Vice President. He was inducted as a Fellow of The Academy of Electrical Contracting in 2006. He is a founder level member of the Electri International Foundation having participated in numerous research projects for the electrical industry. He serves as national Chairman on NECA's Government Affairs Committee. He is also a member of numerous industry associations. His civic involvement includes serving on the Executive Board of the Miami Valley Council Boy Scouts of America, a member of the Dayton Development Coalition and serves on the Legislative & Regulatory Affairs Committee for the Dayton Chamber of Commerce. Gregory P. Ross - President
Mr. Ross has spent his entire professional career with the Company. He has been with the company since 1980. Mr. Ross is a graduate of the NECA/IBEW joint apprenticeship program. He also completed the Leadership Institute program. He serves on the IBEW/NECA joint apprenticeship committee as a member and past Chairman. Roger Van Der Horst - Vice President of Finance
Mr. Van Der Horst has been VP of Finance since 1999 overseeing the accounting and administration departments. Prior to his association with Chapel, Mr. Van Der Horst was a controller for a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Van Der Horst received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Deakin University in Australia. He is a trustee on the NECA/IBEW Local 82 Retirement Pension Board. Jeffrey S. Serrer - Vice President Estimating / Business Development
Mr. Serrer oversees Business Development and Estimating for Chapel. He is responsible for strategic account management. For 15 years prior to joining Chapel, Mr. Serrer has served as Vice President and President in the electrical industry. Mr. Serrer is a graduate of the NECA/IBEW joint apprenticeship program and attended Sinclair Community College. Mr. Serrer holds a contractor's license in the state of Ohio. David L. Wallace - Vice President Service / Special Projects
Mr. Wallace is responsible for Chapel's Service and Special Projects Division. He joined Chapel in 1984 and has over 25 years in the engineering and electrical construction industry. He received his bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology from Purdue University. Mr. Wallace is a member of BOMA, BISCI and SAME associations. He has served on the board of directors for BOMA. L. Robert Shaffer - Vice President Contract Operations
Mr. Shaffer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Chapel Electric's Contract Division. Together with an experienced Project Management staff and a highly skilled CAD department, our Contract Operations division has completed some of the regions most challenging and high profile projects. Prior to joining Chapel in 1999, Mr. Shaffer served as the Electrical Operations Manager for another major Ohio contractor. Mr. Shaffer has over 20 years experience in the electrical construction industry and maintains a Master Electrical Contractor's License in eight states and numerous municipalities. Richard E. Penewit - Vice President of Field and Safety
Mr. Penewit has spent his entire professional career with the Company. He has been with the company since 1974. Mr. Penewit is a graduate of the NECA/IBEW joint apprenticeship program. He has also completed safety supervisor, OSHA and train-the trainer programs; receiving certification in each of these programs. He is responsible for all field personnel and the company's safety program. |
